Bikram Yoga Rochester at 1 Grove Street #101, Pittsford, New York.

I've been doing this class for 2 months now. I'm actually shocked to see such bad reviews. The yogi's that work at this facility are definitely intense- no doubt about it. BUT this is why I like this facility- not everyone will like their style of yoga/how they talk to you/how they run their business. They push you to be better, not to hurt yourself, but they also will not hold your hand, if you want the best work out you can do, you have to actively WORK for it. Aaron answered all my questions from the very start- he wasn't pushy with me at all. The instructors all have their own ways to go about the class even though the positions are essentially the same. Do not base your one class on all classes, because you will find you feel different with different instructors, so if you do not like one class i'd advise trying it again with a different instructor. I love, love, love this style of yoga. It is cathartic and in the busy world we constantly buzz around in, it is a small piece of calm and serenity.
